Where are you based?

We are based in UAE and have branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

How long does delivery take?

Your orders will be shipped the following working day. If you live within UAE expect your order to come within 2 to 4 working days from your order. International parcels can take between 4 - 8 working days depending on their mode of shipment. REMOTE Areas (Bahia, Ruwais, etc) kindly contact us first as there is an additional shipping charge for your area.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Please contact us on [email protected] or on +971555599506 and we will check with our corresponding courier where the delay is happening and how we can assist you in getting the shipment there faster.

Do you deliver internationally?

We are able to deliver internationally but best to WhatsApp us on +971555599506 what you would like to order and to which country you like to ship it to so that we can get a quote for you for the shipping fees.

Can I amend my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet you are able to still amend your order if the value is equal or higher amount as we are not able to process refunds on your card payments.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been shipped already, you unfortunately can't cancel the order anymore. However, you can visit any of our branches in UAE and exchange your order.

How is the jewellery packaged?

We have different packaging options available. Your order will usually come in the standard packaging of the brand you order from, which is usually a pouch. If however, your order is a gift please let us know so we can gift wrap it for you.

My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?

We recommend that if you have a doubt that your order arrives damaged that you film while you are opening the package to be able to claim it to our courier as well. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: The Galleria Mall, Level 2 Abu Dhabi.
